If your interest is simply in learning more about what goes into Thai food dishes to enhance your knowledge and enjoyment when dining out. Whatever your aspirations, whatever your level, don’t hesitate to join us because our classes are kept small. You will learn cooking in our commercial kitchen and everything needed for a complete hands-on experience. When the meal is ready we eat together Thai style in the elegant setting of our dining room or even on the outdoor setting overlooking Mackay Marina.

Bring your partner to learn Thai cooking . Grilled spiced chicken with green paw paw salad, Hot and sour & fragrant prawn soup,  Beef stir fry with green curry, delicious fried rice

 Exotic Thai Curries
Serious about curries, this class will be your favourite. From  red curry, Laksa noodles will be nice for family or friends, spicy fish mousse in banana leaf, Mussaman curry pork, stir-fried green vegetable with oyster sauce

We all love seafood, Mussels with lemon grass, lime leaves & basil, Thai fried fish in ginger sauce, Red curry king prawn,  simple Thai fish sauce & chilli dip.
